Sometimes unexpected things can happen and the holiday cannot take place as planned. In this case, we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

• Cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date is free of charge and you will get your deposit back.
• Cancellation less than 3 months and up to 2 months before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellation less than 2 months up to 2 weeks before the holiday date 50 % of the total price is payable.
• In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the holiday, 70 % of the total price is payable.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full amount of the total price.

If you want to be on the safe side, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

• Pets are not allowed.
• Payment options: Cash (up to 4.999,00 €) and bank transfer.
• Arrival from 14.30 onwards
  Departure by 9.30 a.m.
  Late arrival? No problem. If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please let us know by phone. With a code you will get your room key and access to the house.
• Cot, high chair and children’s stool on request (free of charge)
• Linen change weekly. Additional linen change or intermediate cleaning possible for an extra charge.
• Bread delivery service (order the day before by 10.00 am/on Saturday before 9.00 am by SMS or WhatsApp)
