For occupancy with 2 people the flat is reduced by one bathroom and one bedroom.

Prices are based on 4 persons per night.
Each additional person is charged at €20.00 per night.
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
A minimum occupancy of 4 persons applies. For fewer persons, the price for 4 persons will be charged.
Higher occupancy with children is possible — simply let us know the ages and number of children in your enquiry and we will prepare a suitable offer.
Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.
The local tourism tax is €2.40 (€2.50 from 1 January 2027) per person per night and is not included in the room rate. Children and young people under 14 are exempt. The amount is collected upon departure and shown separately on the invoice.
The final cleaning fee is a one-off charge of €100.00.

Cancellation

Sometimes unexpected things can happen and the holiday cannot take place as planned. In this case, we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date is free of charge and you will get your deposit back.
Cancellation less than 3 months and up to 2 months before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation less than 2 months up to 2 weeks before the holiday date 50 % of the total price is payable.
In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the holiday, 70 % of the total price is payable.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full amount of the total price.

If you want to be on the safe side, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Departure by 9.30 a.m.
Late arrival? No problem. If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please let us know by phone. With a code you will get your room key and access to the house.
